Terms and Conditions of Villa Reservation Usage
RESERVATIONS
FOR ANY VILLA RESERVATION MADE BY YOU ON THIS SITE, UPON CONFIRMATION OF YOUR RESERVATION, YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED IMMEDIATELY FOR FULL PAYMENT, OTHERWISE SHALL BE SUBJECT TO "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
Upon your check-in date, you shall present yourself personally, your Generated Voucher (i.e. Proof of Purchase), Credit Card and other necessary identification documents (passport) for the purposes of confirming your identity and reservation to the relevant personnel at the Villa. The Villa will require you to sign the Generated Voucher (i.e. Proof of Purchase). The Villa WILL NOT accept you to check-in if the name on identification document and Credit Card DOES NOT match with the name on your Generated Voucher (i.e. Proof of Purchase).
PAYMENTS
Purchase Payment shall be made by major Credit Cards that are accepted by our payment services provider, currently VeriSign, and their partner Banks. Purchase Payments are therefore subject to the approval of such financial institution/payment services provider and Villamagix.com shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution/payment services provider refuses to accept or honor the Credit Card for any reasons. Furthermore, Villamagix.com makes no responsibility to any surcharges made by your Credit Card issuer and/or their partner Banks. Please check with your Credit Card issuer if you have any questions regarding this matter.
IN ORDER TO PROCESS YOUR RESERVATION REQUEST, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE DETAILS OF YOUR CREDIT CARD. SUBMISSION OF YOUR REQUEST SHALL BE CONSIDERED TO BE FINAL AUTHORIZATION BY YOU AND IMMEDIATELY ON YOUR BEHALF YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED FOR FULL PAYMENT UPON CONFIRMATION OF YOUR RESERVATION AND APPROVE CREDIT CARD. A VOUCHER (I.E. PROOF OF PURCHASE) WILL BE GENERATED IMMEDIATELY WHEN YOUR CONFIRMATION IS CONFIRMED.
Villamagix.com WILL NOT accept any other Voucher except Villamagix.com's Voucher unless it is otherwise specified.
PRICES
Rates quoted are on per night basis and allow for maximum occupancy of the Villa as shown on the web site.
Villamagix.com will only impose charges for Villa reservation(s). Other expenses incurred by you are payable directly to the Villa. For instance, you are required to pay directly to the Villa for any extras such as food and beverages consumed, room services, pay-per-view TV, mini bar expenditures, telephone charges or other charges except those explicitly covered in the Generated Voucher (i.e. Proof of Purchase).
You can make modifications/changes to your reservation by sending email to us and Villamagix.com will make a new reservation as per your request. Villamagix.com shall not be liable in any way if you fail to secure previously reserved room rates and/or period of stay at the same Villa.
MODIFICATIONS/CHANGES for SHORTENING OF STAY AND/OR DOWNGRADING OF ROOM TYPE
You are liable for any additional charges or expenses imposed by Villamagix.com and/or Villas in respect to such modifications/changes for shortening of stay and/or downgrading or full cancellation based on our current Cancellation Policy.
MODIFICATIONS/CHANGES for EXTENSION OF STAY AND/OR UPGRADING OF ROOM TYPE
If you make modifications/changes for extension of stay and/or upgrading of room type, you WILL NOT receive any charges from Villamagix.com and/or Villas.
Refunds, if any, shall be made by Villamagix.com directly to you based on our current Refund Policies.
FOR ALL KIND OF MODIFICATIONS/CHANGES (SUCH AS SHORTENING/DOWNGRADING OR EXTENDING/UPGRADING) OR FULL CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION REQUEST MUST BE SEND (BY EMAIL) DIRECTLY TO INDO.COM AT THESE FOLLOWING EMAIL ADDRESSES: INFO@VILLAMAGIX.COM
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds are made based on the Refund Policies of Villamagix.com and/or Villas. The total amount that shall be returned to you upon a cancellation shall be your Full Payment less: any applicable deductions, fees or charges that are applied by the Villamagix.com and/or Villas and/or payment services provider and/or their partnering Banks ("cancellation fees") as a result of modifications/changes or cancellation in reservation(s) made by you .
Villamagix.com will refund your payment by crediting back to your Credit Card account. Villamagix.com will instruct our partner Bank to handle the crediting process immediately after we receive confirmation from the Villa on your reservation. All cancellation requests will be processed immediately. However, it could take up to four weeks for the actual crediting to take place, depending on your Bank's practice.
Each Villa might apply different cut-off period depending on the period of stay and is set by each Villa individually. However, Villas that are using our services apply a cut-off period as follows:PERIOD OF STAY CUT-OFF PERIOD
Low Season (January 16 - June 30, October 01 - December 20) 1 month before check-in date
High Season (July 01 - September 30) 2 months before check-in date
Peak Season (December 21 - January 15) 3 months before check-in date
Cancellation fees that shall be applied by Villamagix.com and/or Villas are as follows:
Cancellation charges for cancellations made on or before the cut-off period:
· Villamagix.com will charge a processing fee of US$25 or 10% of Booking Value - whichever is higher
Cancellation charges for cancellations made or "no show" after cut-off period during Low Season:
Villa will charge a cancellation fee of number of unit times the price of one night ("one night stay")
Villamagix.com will not apply any charges
Cancellation charges for cancellations made or "no show" after cut-off period during High and Peak Season:
Villa will charge a Full Amount of cancellation fee (the total night stay you reserved - nonrefundable)
Villamagix.com will not apply any charges
Cancellation charges for "late shows" but no shortening of stay and/or downgrading of room type:
Villa may or may not apply a cancellation fee
Villamagix.com will not apply any charges
Charges for shortening stay after cut-off date:
Villa may or may not apply a cancellation fee
Villamagix.com will charge a cancellation fee in the amount of the price of one night times the number of unit which staying duration were shortened
We are not responsible for any charges applied by your Credit Card issuer and/or their partner Banks as a result of cancellation. Please check with your Credit Card issuer if you have any questions regarding this
ALTERATION
We reserve the right to change, amend or alter prices or any conditions stated herein from time to time or without prior notice.
